I saw the weather forcast last night and it showed a tiny part of the country ........... The edge of Norfolk getting snow, and us in the south had lovely sunshine, which is true, but its cold brrrr.

Out of all the things I've lost .......I miss my mind the most!!

So far this program has been spookily accurate!  It said we would have snow today and we DID!  Blizzard conditions even!  OK, so it only lasted for 5 minutes, but nevertheless it happened.

I've just looked in several of the forum boards for this thread, so I could get the link to download the program.   Wouldn't it be better in the Software Suggestions board?  :)

Thanks, Simon.

It's good, isn't it?  I would recommend it to anyone with a 56K dial-up connection, as you do not have to sit and wait while a 500+ KB graphics-heavy web page loads before you can see the weather forecast.  It happens instantly.

Great little program.  :)

I dont want to be a Party Pooper, and spoil everyones excitement, but these Weather Programmes have a habit of installing Adware or Spyeware. Has anyone checked for this? Before i install I will await a report from someone who has the prog.

Hi, Delgado.

If you are concerned about spyware (and who isn't?) you might want to look at Spyware Blaster.  As I posted in another thread earlier today, since I installed it some months ago, neither AdAware or Spybot have picked up anything.

What  :sadgit:'s when the best activity you have is watching the weather.  ;D ;D ;D ;D.

Simon and Dave, if you want to meet a partner, stop looking at the weather and get out there and do something about it.  ;)
