You could always use Google Toolbar simple version

Why do you want a separate pop up stopper if you've got Mozilla? It's got one built in!

Edit > Preferences > Privacy and Security > Pop Up Windows > Tick to block unrequested pop up windows.

Oh, and Google Toolbar for IE doesn't work in Mozilla, but here's one that does.
