Seems to be related to the auto update function in ME - newest version of Zone Alarm is supposed to fix it. Alternative solution would seem to be to add your ISPs DNS servers to your trusted zone.

I used to have that come up too, I wondered what it was ........  it doesn't come up anymore  but I can't remember what I did!
