You get into BIOS by hitting DEL repeatedly as its rebooting.
Depending on which bios your pc has the option could be in a different screen, just use the up and down arrow keys and sometimes left and right arrow keys to access the different screens and navigate around inside of them.
Press ESC to go back to the main bios menu at any time so that you can move to the next screen by highlighting which section you want and hitting the ENTER key.

Do not change anything else unless you know what you are doing.
Once you have disabled it, if it was enabled, save and exit BIOS, there wil be something on the first bios screen or on the bottom of the screen that you have changed the setting in.
The pc will then boot into windows as normal.
To disable the windows AV, usually just right click on your AV icon in the task bar and select disable, make sure that you are off line at this point.
