Cheapest site to get a new pc from ???

I want to get a new pc with a slick design caseing and some serious hardware but i can't find any good sites with decent cases such as the one's seen on xcase can anyone suggest any sites for me.

I am not sure what these are like for deliveries as theyre local to me :

A couple of friends have bought some nice looking cases off them, the Thermaltake ones seem quite good with hard drive bays that swing out through 90 degrees for easy access  :)

Ebuyer have Cheifteks for £30, just got one, is sooo cool, plus a speeze vulturespin cooler reduced my PCU heat by 10C and my system by 8C :O
