Deletion problem

I deleted quite a few important files on my comp i would like to have back, anyone know of a good free undelete prog?

There used to be a free prog called Drive Rescue available from here Bob :

It sounds like they have discontinued it now and replaced it with a shareware one available from the same site  :(

Tha best data recovery tools are not free, as the developers obviously realise the value people put on their data, so don't expect miracles from these, but they do appear to be without cost:
