That doesn't look too dangerous. I think '%ProgramsDir%' is where the application was stored, usually C:\Program Files, so if you look in there for the AWS folder, and delete that, that should help. The registry entry is a simple 'Run' entry, i.e. it runs whenever you turn on your PC. You can safely delete that from the registry (back up first, just in case), or look in your start up folder (C:\Documents and Settings\[yourname]\Start Menu\Programs\Startup) and see if it's in there, where you can also delete it, but it may come back if it's still in the Registry.
Alternatively you could go to Start > Run > msconfig, select the Startup tab and untick the entry for AWS.
