Slow surfing and page loading

I'm experiencing very slow page refreshing speeds today along with accessing websites. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?
I have done a speed test if that would help anyone to give advice regarding this problem.

Mine seems OK.  Try clearing cache / cookies?  Also, which firewall do you have?  There was a problem recently with Norton slowing things down after one of the Live Updates.  Could just be your ISP on a go slow.   :-\
