Topic: Voices for Narrator

Been having a bit of fun with Microsoft Narrator, but where can I get some different voices?  Had a look on the M$ site and there seems to be nothing much, and Google isn't too fruitful either.

Man, that thing's hilarious!

I wanted it on my Windows Me comp so I dl'd CoolSpeech. It was fun, but I only had the trial version.

There are quite a few different voices available (I'm not sure if they work with the XP text-to-speech)

If you keep hearing these voices in your head Simon, I would seek pyschiatric help as soon as possible.
In the meantime wrap some aluminium foil around your head to stop the messages being beamed into your brain

It is quite a laugh!  You can record a message in Sound Recorder, save it, and use it as an event sound.  The possibilities are endless!    I just hate the default voice!

No, I haven't, Joudi.  I'm not sure if it's quite the same thing, but I'll have a look.
