http://www.angeltowns.com I have a had a site with them for over two years now they have had totaly 100% up time and have never asked for a penny or never seen a banner ad, pop-up, text link placed on my site. Only problem really the servers can be a bit slow but if you host your images on photobucket and your html pages on angeltowns you have no problems and together you can make a very quick laoding profesional site. hope this helps
