Right Sen,
I only have one user account so I cannot relate to your problem...But keep reading
For ages I actually just used the Administrator account, untill I read a section in the help files, that said doing so left the PC open to attack. So I made myself an account and gave myself Admin privliges. But since then, I was ubable to delete certain files attributed to the Drive Image program.
Anyway to make a short story longer
I found a fix via the Drive Image online help files see
LINKIt may solve your problem, in that you assign priviliges to the "Family" account regarding the program your having trouble with.....anyway worth a try I figure.....Nothing ventured ....She who dares wins .... Any port in a storm....Don't just stand there, pass me that straw
{ made the last one up}
