For the most part it has gone extremely well. I created the new user and it's great to finally open a web page normally. I'm having 2 major problems though: Every time I restart windows it re-sorts my IE favorites into alphabetical order. I use customized IE links extensively so I need them in my order, not alphabetical order. Any idea what may be happening here?

Secondly, I managed to move my PST folder to the new user. I had to redo all the email settings, but that was no problem. All my folders are there; all my rules are working, etc... However, when I click on the "To" or "CC" links in a new email it says "The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted...."   Anyone know how I move it back? The folder and contacts are there; just Outlook seems to be looking for them in the old user PST file location. Tks again.

The Address Book thing happened with someone else a few months back, and there's a thread on here somewhere, where it was sorted.  Haven't got time to look for it now, but you could try doing a Search (Hell, it has to work sometimes!), if not, I'll have a look for it later this eveninig, unless someone beats me to it.    ;)

As far as sorting favourites, is there an option to Auto Arrange somewhere?  It's a while since I've used IE, so I can't quite remember, but it might be in Organise Favourites somewhere.  If you can find it, switch it off, then it should leave things as you like them.

Thanks Simon, I found the folder and took off "auto arrange", and I think that has sorted it. And I got my contacts sorted in Outlook. There is a place in your email options to set it.

Thanks again; looks like I'm back on track.
