(Just remember to keep breathing. I started going hot and dizzy, then I realised I was concentrating too hard and had stopped breating.)
Well, since everyone is free to do whatever he/she wants, I?ll allow myself to give an opinion, then it?s up to you to take it in consideration or to reject it.
First of all, I don?t advice anyone to use anyway or method of hypnosis, whether this one or another, like the yoga for instance.
In fact, the hypnosis or the other forms and practices are just ways to put your minds under the demoniac influence and control, whether you believe the existence of the devil and his demons or not.
It?s true that you may feel relatively relaxed, but remember that no one mixes the poison in a bitter test drink for you.
Hypnosis is generally known as a kind of mysterious science. When you hear those practicing it telling about it, they don?t tell you that they have direct contact with demons. Some of them might practice it without even knowing that. But in fact, it?s a bad games, yes!!! Even a very dangerous game.
A young lady of my neighbours, who exercises those oriental religious practices (Buddhism), fell in their trap. She became very dependant on them and was at last under their influence. She started talking alone in the street, falling on the ground, going here and there, and her looks were away in her horizon feeling lost. She was suffering a lot. I didn?t know her well before. But after certain time, I started to doubt. So, I asked her once to allow me to enter her room and have a look there. My doubts were well confirmed. Her shelves were full of books, religious books, Buddhist books which she didn?t want to remove. She was practicing their suggestions. Till now she?s still being considered as mentally ill after losing her job since years.
Your personal experience as you tell here in your post Dave, must be a powerful warning for others to avoid.
