hey all
i have a song that plays at 80kbps and its bad quality
is there any way to re-code it to 192kbps?

MP3 uses a lossy compression - in other words the missing bits of data are lost forever so you can't get back any data thats not there. Re-encoding would just give the same signal quality as the original.
