Topic: Sony Sonicstage

Hi all,
       I have installed sony's sonicstage, but when I try and record from it onto disc or midi disc, it says that device is not connected, I have looked for the device in hardware, but it does not have a other devices section so I cannot find it, any ideas???

I assume that it connects via USB ?
Have you tried reinstalling it ?

Sandra, Yes it does connect via usb but for some reason its not working, I have tried re installing but there is no difference.

Is this the first time you have tried it or have you had it installed previously on another pc ?
Have you got the latest drivers and software from the sony site or are you using the cd that came with it  
Which OS are you using and do the usb ports that you have tried it in work ok with other usb stuff ?
