i get the following error when trying to run sandra.
"a device attached to the system is not functioning."
the msimg32.dll file is linked to missing export gdi32.dll:gdigradientfill.
i have no idea what this means,i have a file msimg32.dll and also gdi32.dll.
other than that i dont no what needs to be fixed. any help please? :cry:

Which version of Sandra are you using?  Also, which operating system are you using?  I had a similar problem with Sandra 2003 running under Windows 98SE.  Therefore, I tried it on another PC with Windows ME and it worked fine on that.  However, I uninstalled 2003 on the 98 machine, put 2002 on it and it has worked fine since then.

Do you know which, if any device isnt working  :?:
Have you looked in Device Manager to check that there are no yellow ! or ?   :?:  
It may just need a driver updating or reinstalling  :?

dont know of anything not working and all is ok in device manager

We, at PC Pals, of course, have a fully tested and working version of Sandra, but you can't have her - she's ours!   :P  :twisted:

i now have sandra working. i replaced both .dll files which seems to have been the problem .thanks to all for your help
