Yes, they are the same Michelle.  I think that few of the regulars here use IE - not even myself.  I use Avant which is a cross between Firefox and IE inasmuch that it's IE pretending to be Firefox.

Mozilla is the complete suite, with integrated mail client, and HTML editor, and Firefox is the stand alone browser version, Michelle.  There are a few small differences between the two, but the basic engine is the same in both.  I would recommend giving Firefox another go, and if you like it, and are also looking for an e-mail client, try Thunderbird, or go to the Mozilla Suite which has it all in one,  the advantage of which being that it's only taking up one portion of resources, whereas running both Firefox and Thunderbird separately, obviously takes up two portions.

Thunderbird is excellent, might take a little getting used to if you use outlook but well worth it in the long run.

Instead of IE and Mozilla you could use opera, but then only crazy people use that :-) (expecting a comment on that one). Oh and whatever you do dont use avant! :-)

Opera is OK if you want a banner ad permanently in your browser window, or alternatively *cough* pay for it!!  :horror:  Avant, as far as I understand, is merely IE in a different coat.  Oh, and the likes of Clive use it!
