surely you have to type your password in somewhere? did you clear all the cookies etc and follow the pasword reactivation procedure?

yes I cleared all cookies and still could only logon using memberlist but got it sorted when Sandra changed my password.

Can logon now using password.

thats rather odd...memberlist just does exactly the same when you are login in, only thing i can think off is your browser saved the code for that page alone.

me too the first time - i had to reset my password

i just thought I'd forgotten it - and it hadn't remembered me as I'd done the reinstall  :laugh:

Hi Davy,

A few people have had this problem.  One solution has been to clear your browser cache and cookies, and allow the site to set and store a new cookie.  Let us know if that works, or not.

I cleared everything and it still shows not new posts

i always have bad luck lol

do you see any yellow icons on the main index page that would indicate that there are new posts in a particular forum. do you manage to login first time or does it take more that one attempt?

I can log on just fine

no icons that i can see

but im using opera 8 so it might not show


update I logged on and off about 4 times and it worked
