AMD have announced delays to the introduction of their new 64bit chips ... aimed primerily at servers, poss due to delays in the new OS from Microsoft.

Seems like they have put it off 2 or so times already. Why would the delay of the MS 64bit OS delay it? There is a 64bit linux OS already running.

Not sure why they would want to delay the release of their new chip ... seems strange to me too
