Keyboard problem
« on: January 01, 2006, 22:48 »
I thought I put this querie into the forum yesterday, but I can't find any ref to it now, so her goes again:

I have a laptop. For some reason the keyboard has started playing up in that is doesn't print on the screen, the same letter or number that I key.

Any ideas anyone?

Bryan.

Have the " and @ keys reversed themselves ?

If so then its set to USA settings not UK ones.

Go into Control Panel and open Regional Settings and change it to UK English in there and hopefully that will fix it  :)

Thank you Sandra, but the problem persists!

I'm getting help from the maker.

Regards,

Bryan.
