Resizing "Windows" windows

I can't think what they are technically called, but does anyone know of a way to resize 'Windows' windows such as these, to match higher screen resolutions?

I use Windows Maximiser but that is for IE.  Somehow it works for Avant even though it has nothing to do with IE.

No, it hasn't done it automatically.  The 'dialogue' boxes are the same size as they were on 800 x 600, only smaller (if you see what I mean), and therefore the text appears to be 'squashed'.  :dunno:
