Yeah it is WEP or should i say it does use WEP to secure although there are also other options as well, what i meant was that i had a look at securing the network through the modem/router and it looked complicated. Now i dont know if i would have had to type in a "key" everytime i logged on or whatever or just do it the once.

Anyway  :) McAfee did it all for me automatically it may be a little over the top in terms of rotating the keys every so often but you can configure it to your own preferences sit back and let it take care of everything.  :)
