WGA lawsuit
« on: July 05, 2006, 07:18 »
I thought this artical nailed this situation on the head.

Around the bottom one of the guys denouncing ms suggested getting a thrid party update manager. Does anyone here use one?

The installation of xp im using now is authenticated, but i think it would be nice to know of a good update manager if i couldn't authenticate an installation.

Is THIS what you are thinking of Bob?  I've used it and it worked fine for me. :)  But I don't think it works as a proxy server.
