What would you consider a proper ISP to be sean ? Not that I can get BB but I can dream  :(

I'm not naming names Tony (it only brings trouble). But I would say the "proper" ISPs are the ones that were doing it before Freeserve got in on the act (except BT ;))

There are some good ones in the Post-FS ISPs, but they are few and far between :(

When a website exceeds its bandwidth limit, a charge is usually made for the extra use.  Why shouldn't this simple rule also apply to users who take more than their fair share of an ISP's bandwidth by major trading activity in MP3's/Warez?   :)

That sounds like a very sensible idea Rodders. Unfortunately, most ISPs don't do sensible :(

I suppose my point is that, although we all download stuff, exceeding 1GB per day can be regarded as really kicking the a**e out of it!  People that greedy should be punished by having their Giro stopped.
