But don't they always do that? From Windows 98 that was so flawed they had to rebuild it as 98SE, through to Windows 2000 which had four service packs to fix it and XP which had two (and rumours of a third being developed not so long ago) Microshaft have never had any qualms about releasing and charging mugs mega-bucks for operating systems that can only be described as betas.
Incredibly, some people who have been around the personal computer game for years and so should know better will be among the first to waste their money creating nothing but problems for themselves.
