help ! how can i load a programme when all i get is an access violation in install exe ???

What programme is it you are trying to load?  I don't know the answer but I think it might help to find it.

Have you actually installed the programme?

If so, try uninstalling and re-installing. 

Make sure you check the programme folder after uninstalling to see that all files have been removed.
