1.4 is now a very old version.  You can click the button in my sig for the latest, which is now called SeaMonkey, for some strange reason, or if you're just looking for a browser on it's own, without the email and stuff, you might be better off with Firefox, also in my sig.  :)

But, of course, there will be security issues if you use an older version.  Best to go for the latest updates where browsers are concerned.
