A PlayStation 3 video game has sparked protest from a religious organization. The game, however, has drawn fire not because of its violence, but because of where the battle takes place. "Resistance: Fall of Man" includes a scene in which the player shoots aliens inside Manchester Cathedral. The Church of England says its cathedrals are not places for gun battles, real or virtual.

You have to love that Sony are using "fair use" as arguement about using the building... plus they say they had permission off other private building owners... are they now saying that the cathedral is not a privately owned building - cause if they are they are stupid! The Chruch might be open but trust me they know what they own!

Given that religions are the cause of most wars therefore they are the cause of most gun battels and are responsible for more deaths than anything or anyone else, then it seems very appropriate to stage battles in religous buildings
