Well, not because of the connection, which I can't complain about. I am uncapped, on what is supposed to be up to 8mb, but is actually more like 2.8Mbps, which is because of my BT line, but it's rock solid, and hasn't been down for at least 12 months, for £24.99 per month. The trouble is, they are supposedly merging with Tiscali (and apparently some parts already have), and we all know the reputation Tiscali had a couple of years ago. Apart from that, they don't tell customers what's going on, and they let you find out any changes to the T&Cs for yourself. They have now introduced a new rule, whereby if you cancel your contract within the minimum 12 month term, not only do you have to pay the cancellation fee, but they charge you for the rest of the year as well! I really don't want to get lumbered with a new 12 month contract, and probably not even be told about it, if Tiscali take over, and I am currently looking at IDNet or Firefly as possible replacements, but these are both capped at 30Gb.
