;D ;D ;D ;D  nowt wrong with that, ive even used newspaper before for the kids when they were small (for wrapping the presents that is not the kids) anyhoos it only gets ripped off and thrown out.

best presents for the kids were the boxes the presents came in, turned into houses, buses, hats, cars, shoes etc  ;D ;D

Yes indeed!  I detest wrapping presents, and always leave it to the last minute on Christmas Eve, then end up sitting doing it at two in the morning, usually pi$$ed.  One year, I had completely forgotten to get any wrapping paper, so once I had used the last scraps from the previous year, I ended up wrapping the remaining presents in kitchen foil!  Well, at least it was shiny!  ;D

When I've wrapped something, the paper really doesn't matter - all you're going to see is the tape!  :evilban:

Personally I don't see anything wrong with the way the gifts were wrapped.
