Adobe Flash Videos

Is it possible to capture Adobe Flash videos that are streamed over the internet?  If so, how?

There's a thing called FlashGet which should do the job, Gill, but it only works in IE as far as I know.  There might be a Firefox add-on, but I haven't time to look right now.

Nice one, Simon.  I've downloaded it and it led me to an add-on for Firefox called "FlashGot".

Thanks

Gill

is there a difference between an Adobe flash and any other flash video?

do you mean the ones you see on you tube and the like?
