Do you know how to get into the router set up?  Open a browser window in IE or Firefox and type in 192.168.2.1, hit enter and you should be required to put in your user name and password to access the router set up.  Once you're there, you'll need to set firewall rules to open the ports you need, but as I don't have a Belkin, I can't help you with that, but it should be fairly straightforward.

Have you also got a software firewall?  You may have to open the same ports in that too.
