From what I have read Clive, she's not that pleased about the comparison either. It certainly isn't a comparison that came to my mind, as I view her as quite unique. Also, how can you compare someone who is just starting their career, with someone who has had a full career. She is obviously very young, but in my humble opinion, has an extraordinary voice, which I'm sure will improve as she matures, along with her confidence which should make her a better live performer.
But those two songs send a shiver up my spine, especially Mercy. A fair indication that for me, it's something special.
