Dispatches - 8pm Tonight
« on: March 09, 2009, 14:03 »
Tonight's Dispatches on Channel 4 at 8pm, subtitled "How They Squander Our Billions", should be good for anyone who fancies a bit of raised blood pressure due to government ineptitude.  Unfortunately, it clashes with BBC2's "Grow Your Own Drugs", so if you watch Dispatches you might miss out on how to produce your own tranquillizers.  It might be wiser to catch it on Channel 4+1 instead.

 ;)
There is no opinion, however absurd, which men will not readily embrace as soon as they can be brought to the conviction that it is readily adopted.

You may also want to watch Panorama on BBC 1 at 8-30pm.
They are discussing the proposals about giving amnesty to all the illegal immigrants that are already here  :o

Par for the course in todays UK, reward people for doing illegal activities, as the human rights act makes it almost impossible to send them back home  >:(

I think I'll just listen to a CD and try to retain the little remaining sanity I have. :)
