antiques road show visits Ireland

The Antiques Road show comes to Tipperary.

Paddy goes along dragging a big metal box behind him and waits his turn.

Eventually the expert is ready

Tell me, says the expert  -  do you have any idea what this is ?

No Sir, not rightly.

That`s interesting. How did you come by it ?

Well Sir, I found it in the attic.  It was my Grandpappỳs house before and I `m thinking that it must be a family heirloom.

Have you any idea what it`s worth /

No, sir.

And have you any insurance for it ?

No sir  -  would you be thinking that I might need some ?

Well, if I was you I definitely would ……………………………

This is your water tank.

There is no opinion, however absurd, which men will not readily embrace as soon as they can be brought to the conviction that it is readily adopted.
