Yep, that guy outlined the major problems with linux. Eventually it'll get sorted out, but im afraid it will be long after the desktop based os becomes a thing of the past. It's kind of sad really. I wouldn't mind having linux on my machine if it wasn't such a pain to deal with all the time.
