Handy Tweaks To Make GIMP Replace Photoshop

I like gimp but I still love photoshop - some of these tips are quite useful and will probably finally drag me away from photoshop and my mac.

GIMP is the favorite graphics editing program of many designers and graphic artists. It is free and compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux (the two big reasons for its popularity). It has a wide array of features, as well as plug-ins, filters and brushes. Documentation is primarily available in online communities, as well as through extensive add-ons.

Inkscape is my preferred poison - but the Gimp is useful for other aspects of scroll saw pattern development.

I didn't see anything on the link which will help me to speed up my production, but keep up the good work, Sam - sooner or later you'll score a hit for me :) .
There is no opinion, however absurd, which men will not readily embrace as soon as they can be brought to the conviction that it is readily adopted.
