if you have this installed ....where will it be saved, what folder name.

I tried it a while back but didnt really use it properly so uninstalled it but its left an entry for Spywareblaster to protect items connected with this and as I dont use it I would like to get rid of all traces but cant find the folder

In XP, the folder will be in C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles.  Be aware that if you're using Firefox, it's profile may also be in the same folder, so be sure to only delete the SeaMonkey one.

thanks Simon but I dont see anything for seamonkey  I also only have   C:\Documents and Settings\All users\... OR  C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\....with a Mozilla folder only in the 'Owner' folder but in that is no entry for seamonkey

It won't actually say "seamonkey".  Do you have Firefox?

Application Data is a hidden folder so you will have to change your settings to View All Files to see the full path as Simon has shown it.

Sandra is correct, Baz, sorry, I forgot to mention that.  The Firefox profile will be in C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox (where [user] is 'Owner' in your case).  The SeaMonkey profile will be in C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles, and unless you've changed it, the folder should be named 'default'. 

Please be aware, though, that it's not always wise to delete a profile, as there are occasionally some elements of them which can be 'shared' between browsers.  Just make sure you have a backup of all your Firefox Bookmarks, passwords, etc, before deleting anything, and you should be OK.

Its not complicated.
Open a folder and go to Tools then Folder Options then View.
Scroll down to where it has the option of Show hidden files and folders and select that then click OK.

When you go into a folder that has previously hidden folders they will now show as a pale yellow instead of the normal deeper yellow and you can then follow the path that Simon put up at first.

thanks Sandra, sorry should have explained after your last post.I already have the show all files its just the bit that Simon mentioned about profiles. I may look into it later. thanks all though
