Rik recommended this Scottish butchers to me, and I have been using them ever since.  To say their meat is addictive is an understatement.  Once you try their steaks and sausages, you won't want anything else.  Not cheap, but they do often have special offers on, and the quality is second to none.  Highly recommended!

Like Simon says (all together now ), their meat is of amazing quality and really worth the extra you pay, they give great service and provided detailed cooking instructions which produce perfect results every time.

Oh, you can afford it, Clive!    £14 for four packs of six sausages isn't much more than Tescos, and you'll be hard pushed to beat them.

Can I suggest Woodhouse Farm as an alternative?  These butchers attend farmers markets throughout the midlands and their produce is fabulous.  We've stopped buying sausages and bacon from local butchers and stock up our freezer once a month from the local farmers market instead.

I had forgotten how good Richmond sausages were until a few months ago.  Now I buy them all the time.
