Router question

I have just changed over routers,reinstated my old one for use of wireless network at home...I thought it would need reconfiguration but everything is fine !!! is this right surely not  :dunno:

If you hadnt reset it from last time you used it and you are with the same ISP then it would still have the settings in David.
The only difference would be the wireless key, if they both had wi fi  :)

Lots of ISPs dont need a username and password now, as long as the PPPoA or PPPoE is set correctly and the 0,38 is in place they seem to be able to connect as the line is a dedicated one to your phone number I presume.

I have just checked my log on my isp and I am no longer online !!! this is very odd  :dunno:

Who does the router say you are logged into, David?  Did you not use it at all when AA were fault finding?

Yes its on the table...turned off I know these 2 wires are good but bl;;dy hell

I have done some speed tests and noted my isp comes up as IDNet ?
