Sometimes, social networking is just a bit too social. If you're feeling vulnerable on Facebook, the web's biggest social hangout, you can easily take control over who can see your information.

Facebook gives you quite a bit of say over who in your circle sees what. If you don't want to share any information anymore, the site also lets you remove yourself completely. Read on to learn how to take back your privacy.

I only did because I was curious. Soon left, though.

I plugged my name in during the registration portion and got about half my highschool class listed as possible friends. If there was anything that was gonna turn me off to a service it was listing people whom i didn't really know growing up, or downright didn't like. It made me nervous to know they knew so much about the school records of everyone. I know it shouldn't have surprised me, but it did to see it displayed right up there in front of me.
