These patent disputes seem to make lawyers rich and stifle innovation. It's time they were stopped.

It's not just that market they've lost, Rod, but the entire commercial photography market and the photo-processing. They are hurting badly, no question. OTOH, how long before a printer manufacturer has a go at Kodak for a patent infringement?

their web service is pretty good for prints though.
