El Nino is certainly a force to be reckoned with.  But it seems to be responsible for every extreme of weather.   :dunno:

It's lashing down with rain at the moment and the waves are coming up over the sea wall and splashing all over the road.

I have a seaside flat if you remember and that is where I was yesterday evening.  It's where Sam and Lizzie stay when they visit.

its quite nice there... nice small town with some gorgeous views, shame the building looks a bit like a bottle bank...

 ;D  That's what the locals call it and in a recent poll, it was voted the most horrible building in Wales.  Porthcawl is a very staid Edwardian seaside town where change is not welcomed.  This building hit it like an exocet missile.  :)x
