I already did but it wasn't very helpful because they didn't know. But I can't use it on my Plusnet account either.

Noooooo!
I've used the site thousands of times in the past.
I'm beginning to suspect it may be something to do with a Java update since it claims I need to run an older version. Let me try again using Plusnet.

No, down the flat I use Firefox. I wasn't able to try the speedtest again because we had a visitor and I'm now back home for the evening.
