The reports I've seen point the finger at AMIP for iTunes. There's apparently a fix here: http://amip-for-itunes.software.informer.com/

I've not tested it.

It says it hasnt passed the windows logo thing Rik, similar to when you install drivers that havent been certified by microsoft I should imagine.

If you really want to install it I would set a restore point manually, in case it doesnt do one automatically, then if it does do something nasty you should be able to restore your pc to before you installed it.
