A group of music publishers filed suit Wednesday against LimeWire, a popular online file-sharing service that has already been found liable for copyright infringement in a separate case.
They're not suing those who used LimeWire's service, though. It's a repetition of the Napster case.
Limewire itself doesn't provide files to download. It just enables other people to do so. This is a bit like charging a gun seller with murder.
