iPad users in the United States are getting ripped off in how much they are paying for data on the device, says a company that has compared monthly data plans for the magical Apple device across different wireless carriers worldwide.

When my son uses his iPad in my house he logs into my router so surely that is free - at least as far as he is concerned?   :dunno:

assuming you buy one with the 3G reciever. I'm still so tempted to buy one. Especially over here as they are cheaper and with 5% tax much cheaper than at home. If only it had a built in webcam.

It must be able to do both because he needed my router password.

He loves his iPad and seems to be glued to it whenever I see him!  Personally I prefer a proper book!

That's probably because he's used it as a tea tray, and it's become sticky, Clive.  :)x
