Very poor side this season, reflected in the appalling attendance of 388 - the worse for quite a long time.

Yesterday we had our 1st look at the new Goal Keeper Danny Potter...must say I was impressed.

Leiston 1 - 1 Canvey Island. should have been all 3 points but a draw was welcome.

Eastwood 0 - 1 Chorley. 

Didn't go as I have beer festivals to attend on three out of four Saturdays in October.  Apparently, we won "ugly", but the three points somehow keep us joint second, one point off top with a game in hand, even though we are playing like a bucket of toss at the moment.

Worryingly, after last week's poor home attendance, the supporters coach (which is usually fully booked) took only ten fans to the game.

Rushall Olympic 0 - 0 Chorley.

Apparently, the game was stopped for nearly twenty minutes when a Rushall player did what looked like a Fabrice Muamba shortly after clashing with a Chorley player.  Thankfully, it was nothing worse than a fractured rib and a collapsed lung.

Chorley 1 - 4 AFC Fylde

All Fylde's goal scored by recent Chorley strikers who couldn't get a place in the team - Adam Farrell hat trick and Jack Dorney got the other.

Says it all really.  Time for a change at the top.

Today we played top of the table and going into the 91st minute the mighty Leiston were 2 -0 up..then the inevitable happend 4 mins extra time and we conceded a sloppy goal then 1 min later conceeded a Pen..
