The ones I have are by Ian and Ruth Walker www.instep.uk.com They are good teachers and are easy to follow. However, she would find it far easier to learn if she joined a local dance class. It's much more fun learning with others.

I'd echo Clive's thoughts, Sam. Ultimately, you need a teacher who can watch you to see what you're doing right and wrong.
