It's a big improvement, but I still prefer XP, I don't like an OS which stops me doing what I want to.
Definitely agree, for instance that uac control is beyond annoying and i will be turning it off in the very near future.
I've got Win7 still sealed in it's box! One day, I'll get round to installing it. 
It's a massive improvement on Vista Simon, things generally just seem to work...there i've just gone and hexxed my w7 pc now
